| The undersigned (“Lessee”) agrees that from time to time it may be renting or leasing equipment from Lifting Gear Hire Corporation (“Lessor”). By signing below, Lessee hereby acknowledges and agrees that it will be bound by the following terms and conditions each time Lessee rents or leases equipment from Lessor without the necessity of signing a new agreement for each rental. The delivery by Lessor of any equipment shall, in each instance, constitute the undersigned’s acceptance of and agreement to the same and shall in each instance constitute a separate lease subject to the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions may not be amended accept by written agreement signed by both parties. |
